We control and control the entire supply chain. Rail transport is an important pillar in this. <\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]3Prime carries its own brand of Beet & Feed products. These include high-quality animal feed raw materials such as corn, soy and grains from a number of countries in Central and Eastern Europe. We also trade in oilseeds, while a lot of sugar beets are also processed. We usually supply the basic raw materials as bulk to our customers, but we can also enrich these raw materials with minerals, such as calcium carbonate and sodium chloride. These minerals are mixed with certain percentages of beet pulp, corn flour, barley flakes, et cetera. Then pellets are pressed which are sold as ready-made compound feeds. The great strength of 3Primefeed is that we control and control the entire supply chain. Already 18 months in advance, we make an inventory of our customers’ demand and turn it off at our regular growers. After harvesting, we ensure that the grains, beets and other products go to our factories and sheds where they are processed. Because these are our own locations, we can also guarantee the highest food safety. We also guarantee that all products we sell do not contain a genetically modified organism. Because we work worldwide, we provide all necessary documentation and help customers with the necessary papers to get an import license. In addition to controlling the total supply chain including the 18-month forecast, we are also well able to deliver directly from stock. From our factories and sheds in Central and Eastern Europe, our products are by far the most transported by train, both to customers in Europe themselves and to ports for our overseas customers. For example, from our location in Krems, Austria, we put the maritime containers on block trains to Koper and Hamburg to serve the markets in the Middle East and Australia. The South American market for dried beet pulp is served via OOC Terminals in Oss. A weekly train runs from Dobrovice in the Czech Republic with 28 to 32 pulp wagons. At OOC, the train is unloaded as soon as possible and the beet pulp goes into intermediate storage. In the OOC sheds, the beet pulp is sagged in Big Bags. These Big Bags go in containers and are transported by inland shipping to the maritime terminals on the Maasvlakte and from there by sea-going vessel to Brazil. We are currently working on new train connections from Poland and Hungary to China. Due to the export ban on agricultural products from Europe to Russia, we cannot use the existing connections via Brest. Alternatively, we have opted for combined rail and sea transports via ferry boats across the Black and Caspian Sea. Main transit countries are Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
